Bronze Bear and Eagle Statue Overview:

 

This large bronze statue was customized for one of our clients. The design of the bronze bear and eagle statue  is made according to the pictures provided by our customers. This sculpture depicts a scene where an eagle and a bear are fighting for food. YouFine artists cast them very vividly.

 

 

More than 50 Steps to Make A Bronze Sculpture:

 

First of all, our client would provide some pictures of bears in the same pose. For example, photos of the front, side, and back. We make life-size according to the style of the photo. But if you have any other requirements for the size, we could also do it. Secondly, the YouFine sales consultant would calculate the price according to your requirements. The price includes the price of clay molds and the price of bronze.

 

 

Once again at the beginning of casting, YouFine artists would carve a 1:1 scale clay mold based on the photo you sent to us. During the engraving process, YouFine would send some photos for you to view. You could check every detail in the clay model. So if you have any suggestions, YouFine's artists could make modifications according to your requirements.

 

 

Finally, after confirming the perfect clay model with you, our casting artist would make a bronze statue. This process takes about one month to cast. YouFine would use spot welding and full welding techniques to weld the sculpture into a whole. Secondly, our artists would also polish and patina. YouFine uses professional technology to cast a realistic bear and eagle statue.

 

 

Silica Sol Method Avoids White Spots:

 

YouFine uses the silica sol precision casting method only available in large factories. The biggest difference between the silica sol precision casting method and the traditional casting method is that in the traditional method, the bronze liquid is surrounded by ammonia.

 

 

But ammonia is not as stable as silica sol. Therefore, if there is no silica sol precision casting method, some white spots and textures would appear on the surface of the bronze sculpture after 1-3 years. But YouFine's bronze statue could be placed for more than 100 years without any white spots or white streaks.
